Honest Ride Parts does not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for or store your name, address, or payment details. You can browse the site and use the Buyer's Guide and DIY Guides without giving us any personal information.
When you type a message to Mike, that message is sent to Anthropic (the company behind the Claude AI model) in order to generate a response. We do not permanently store your conversations with Mike on our own servers. Please avoid typing sensitive personal information into the chat, since it is processed by a third-party AI service.
